WARRANTEE AGREEMENT
• If the horse is returned for the reasons stated in the guarantee & is in the same condition as he left, then the buyer may receive CREDIT (NO CASH RETURNS) for the purchase price at the next year's sale.
• There will be a 30 day soundness guarantee.

Hagan family is very proud to present another strong group of horses this year. There are very few guarantees in the horse world, but one you can count on is that these horses are what we say they are. Our goal is to promote and showcase locally bred horses by offering for sale mentally and physically sound trainable horses.
All Hagan sale horses have been moved into the ranch program first before taking on any other jobs. With this strong foundation, the prospective buyer can feel comfortable pursuing any discipline. By placing these horses in stressful, strenuous and out-of-the-ordinary situations, we are able to test them mentally and physically, preparing them for future training. All of these horses offered are presented to you with confidence, excitement and honour. Hopefully, you will find a horse that suits your needs. Please feel comfortable asking any questions about the horses in our sale offering. |
